GM Black Queen, represented by Grâce Molamo, is the data controller for the data collected on this website. For any question: contact@gmblackqueen.fr.

No data is collected when you simply browse the website. The only information collected is what you choose to send.

• Contact form: last name, first name, phone, requested service and message. Purpose: to answer your request and prepare a quote. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
• Quote builder: your answers to the questions about your service, along with your contact details and the event date. Purpose: to calculate an estimate and send you a personalized quote. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
• Online booking: first name, last name, email, phone, location of the service (and address if you choose to have your makeup done at home), requested slot, options and message. Purpose: to process your slot request, confirm it and send you a quote. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
• WhatsApp: if you open a conversation from the website, the exchange takes place in WhatsApp and is governed by Meta's privacy policy.

Your data is sent by email to Grâce Molamo and to no one else. It is never sold, rented or used for advertising.

Two technical providers are involved: OVH SAS for website hosting, and Mailtrap for delivering the emails sent from the forms. Both process the data on our behalf and within the European Union.

Online booking relies on Cal.com, Inc. (United States), which hosts the booking calendar and processes on our behalf the data entered in the slot form. This transfer outside the European Union is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses included in its data processing agreement. The confirmed appointment is added to Grâce Molamo's Google calendar, subject to Google's privacy policy.

Requests that did not lead to a service are kept for three years from the last contact. Data related to a completed service is kept for the time required by accounting and tax obligations, that is ten years.

This website sets no advertising cookies and no audience measurement cookies. No consent banner is therefore needed.

We measure traffic with Umami, an open-source tool that we host ourselves, on the same server as this website. It uses no cookies, does not follow you from one visit to the next or from one site to another, does not record your IP address and sends no data to any third party. It counts page views and a few actions (WhatsApp click, estimate steps, form submission, confirmed booking), only to improve the website. These statistics are anonymous and are never combined with the information in your requests.

The reviews shown on the home page come from the Google Places API, queried by our server: your browser does not communicate directly with Google for this.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as a right to data portability. You can exercise it simply by contacting contact@gmblackqueen.fr, with a reply within one month.

If you are not satisfied with the reply, you can contact the CNIL (the French data protection authority), 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris, or file a complaint at cnil.fr.

The website is served exclusively over HTTPS. Form data is not stored in a database: it is sent to a mailbox and stays there, protected by the usual access measures.
